Well it certainly has been a while since I have last updated my website. I really wanted to stay up to date with this, however lifes little challenges always seem to get in the way of what we want. So here is a bit of a recap of everything that's going on..
1. Samantha "Priya" Philipp - Born March 30, 2008
2. Holly Philipp passed away - May 2, 2008
3. Scott Graduated from his Surgical Residency Program in San Diego, CA - May 31, 2008
4. Visited Family in Walnut Creek - First week in June 2008
5. Drove Cross Country to Columbia Missouri - Middle of June 2008
6. Family Reunion / Holly's Service in Upstate NY - June 2008
7. Scott started his Surgical Fellowship in MIS - July 1, 2008
8. Our 6 year anniversary - July 9th, 2008
9. Scott went to Paris for Conference - end of July 2008
10. AUGUST WAS BIRTHDAY MONTH - Kari Turned 32 years old
11. Scott interviewed in Saratoga Springs NY - First weekend in September 2008
12. Kari's parents come to visit - Mid September 2008
13. Christian and Gabriel Start Preschool - September 2008
And that should put us up to date so far...
We have been pretty busy, but are enjoying Columbia a great deal. It's beautiful here and the people are amazingly friendly and we have made friends very easily. We live in a beautiful little area and know all our neighbors. We have lots of room to play and enjoy ourselves out doors.
Our lives have quited down somewhat, and it's nice to just have a slower pace for a while. The kids are having a blast and really enjoying themselves.
Priya is getting bigger and is such a happy little baby girl. She still has bright blue eyes going on 5 months already. I'm hoping they will stay blue, but who knows.
We are looking forward to family visiting and will certainly enjoy their stay.
